When should I begin the design process?

The earlier, the better! We recommend beginning shortly after booking your venue. This gives us plenty of time to thoughtfully develop your invitations and plan a cohesive collection of event details without feeling rushed.

Do you offer printing and production?

Absolutely, Radiant is your creative partner for every stage of the process. From developing your brand guide and creating custom designs and illustrations to production and delivery. Our goal is to create a cohesive, fully custom experience across every piece of your event collateral.

What information do you need from me to begin?

Start by completing the inquiry form for the package you’re interested in, available through our Pricing page. From there, we’ll reach out by email to schedule an initial consultation and review your vision, event details, and design preferences.

Do you ship outside of Chicago?

Yes! We’re based in Chicago and offer local delivery, nationwide shipping, and international shipping. For international orders, we recommend beginning the design process as early as possible to allow additional time for production, customs, and delivery.
