Consultation
Every project kicks off with an initial inquiry form to help us understand your vision. This is followed by a 30 virtual consultation where we discuss your ideas for wedding invitations and walk you through our creative workflow. We will explore various ways to incorporate custom papers, unique imagery, and embellishments into your bespoke stationery.

Contract + Design
Following our meeting, you will receive a custom proposal, contract, timeline, and invoice for the 50% retainer. Your project will be officially scheduled upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit. At that stage, we will collect your inspiration and copy, which our team will use for your initial proof. You will receive all proofs digitally for your feedback + adjustments.

Production + Delivery
When it is time to begin printing, your guest address list and final payment will be required. At Radiant we partner exclusively with top Chicago printers specializing in fine stationery to ensure the highest quality. Our team offers full assembly and mailing services, or we can ship your order directly to you. Local clients are welcome to pick up from our Chicago studio.
