Consultation
Every project kicks off with an initial inquiry form to help us understand your vision. This is followed by a 30 virtual consultation where we discuss your ideas and walk you through our creative workflow. We will explore various ways to incorporate custom papers, unique materials, and embellishments

Contract + Design
Following our meeting, you will receive a custom proposal, contract, timeline, and invoice for the 50% retainer. Your project will be officially scheduled upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit. At that stage, we will collect your inspiration for our team will use in your initial proof.

Production + Delivery
When it is time to begin printing, your final payment will be required. At Radiant we partner exclusively with top Chicago printers to ensure the highest quality. Our team can ship your order directly to you. Local clients are welcome to pick up from our Chicago studio.
